While digital IDs have advanced rapidly, broad acceptance across industries, platforms, and contexts remains one of the biggest barriers to utility.

That’s why we’re excited to announce our partnership with Veratad Technologies. Through their VX identity orchestration platform and IDMax product, Veratad enables organizations to accept third-party digital credentials. With Trinsic, Veratad now has access to credentials and providers worldwide in Trinsic’s ever growing network.

This integration brings together Veratad’s proven compliance and orchestration infrastructure with Trinsic’s world-leading coverage, accelerating digital ID acceptance in complex, high-trust environments.

How IDMax and Trinsic Work Together

Veratad’s integration of Trinsic’s identity acceptance network allows IDMax customers to accept a broader range of digital IDs. For example, Veratad deployed mobile driver’s license verification through Trinsic to a Fortune 200 company which experienced a median customer onboarding time of 12 seconds over the past 6 months–a drastic improvement over the status quo. Veratad and Trinsic are now taking the partnership to the next level, allowing Veratad to deploy additional third-party reusable credentials from Trinsic’s ecosystem of trusted networks.

This partnership extends the reach of reusable identity into highly regulated, real-world use cases, without forcing organizations to change how they manage compliance, risk, or orchestration. The result is a flexible, future-ready identity stack where reusable credentials enhance, rather than replace, existing verification strategies.

Trinsic’s Role: Making Credential Ecosystems Interoperable

Trinsic exists to make digital ID ecosystems accessible. Rather than relying on bespoke integrations with different digital IDs around the world, Trinsic enables organizations to connect to more than 50 ID providers in 35 countries through a single integration.

By accepting reusable credentials alongside traditional verification methods, organizations can reduce fraud, streamline compliance, and improve customer experience, without sacrificing flexibility or control. As Trinsic CEO Riley Hughes says:

“By integrating Trinsic’s infrastructure for digital ID acceptance, Veratad has unlocked low-friction, high-assurance verification options for its customers in another 30 countries around the world—while maintaining trust and regulatory alignment.”

Building a More Open Identity Future

This partnership reflects a broader shift in the identity ecosystem: away from siloed verification solutions and toward open acceptance networks where trust can be reused across organizations and contexts.

“Trinsic has emerged as the world’s leading infrastructure company for digital ID acceptance.” Said John Ahrens, CEO of Veratad. “Coupled with Veratad’s expertise in orchestration and compliance, we’ll be better able to make reusable identity a reality than either of us could do alone.”
