Oh I highly recommend @trinsic_id if you want self sovereign digital identity. Open source and free wallet that utilised open standards in GitHub which they are massive contributors for (and have the latest tech)
I also found @trinsic_id very easy to work with for learning, great web interface for managing credentials, using their cloud service, nothing to install local and free DIDComm messaging allowance, latest standards. If you dont need local key setup it's great place to start 😊
